Before Booking Please carefully read each service description and book the service that best matches your desired look. If you are unsure which appointment to select, please contact me before booking. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Payments The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Cash and card are accepted. A 3% fee will be applied to all card transactions. BNPL Policy For your convenience, flexible payment options are available at checkout through select providers. Clients interested in using Buy Now, Pay Later must text me before booking or checkout at (205) 400-8043 for booking details. Hair Preparation All styles include shampoo service. Specialty treatments, add-ons, and upgraded services are available for an additional charge. Please note that fees will apply for extensive detangling or extra preparation time needed before styling. Late Arrivals Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late fee may apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable without proper notice. Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed unless approved in advance. Cancellation Policy
A 25% cancellation fee will apply to any appointment canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time.
